1. Free creative use / 免費創作使用
You may install and use MIST free of charge for personal and commercial music,
scores, sound effects, games and audiovisual productions.
可免費安裝及使用 MIST，製作個人與商業音樂、配樂、音效、遊戲與影像作品。

2. Your work / 你的作品
Aranas Audio claims no ownership of recordings or creative output you make with
MIST. No Aranas Audio attribution is required in your finished works. You remain
responsible for rights to the material you process.
Aranas Audio 不主張你使用 MIST 製作之錄音或作品的權利，成品無需署名。
你仍須確保輸入素材具有合法使用權。

3. Distribution and sale / 散布與銷售
This licence does not restrict distribution or sale rights granted to recipients
under applicable third-party terms, including JUCE 8 section 1.11. Preserve the
included licences, copyright notices and version information when distributing
the unmodified package. Sharing the official download page is recommended so
recipients can find current versions and installation information.
本授權不限制第三方條款授予接收者的散布或銷售權利，包括 JUCE 8 第 1.11 節。
散布未修改的套件時，請保留隨附授權、著作權通知與版本資訊。
建議分享官方下載頁，方便接收者取得新版及安裝說明。

4. Brand and artwork / 品牌與介面素材
No separate right to use the Aranas Audio name, logo or artwork is granted beyond
use and distribution as part of the supplied plug-in package. Redistribution does
not imply endorsement, affiliation or official support from Aranas Audio.
除隨外掛套件使用及散布外，不另行授予品牌名稱、標誌或介面素材的使用權。
重新散布不代表獲得 Aranas Audio 的背書、合作關係或官方支援。

5. Provided as is / 按現狀提供
MIST is provided without warranties of compatibility, fitness or ongoing updates.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aranas Audio is not liable for losses
arising from use. Mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
MIST 按現狀提供，不保證相容性、特定用途適用性或持續更新。
在適用法律允許的範圍內，Aranas Audio 不負使用所生損失責任；法定權利不受影響。

6. Third-party components / 第三方元件
Third-party components retain their own licences. Those terms govern their
components and prevail over conflicting provisions here. See
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and Third-Party-Licenses/ for notices and licence texts.
第三方元件依各自授權處理；若本授權與其條款衝突，以該元件授權為準。
